BIG NEWS FROM GROK NATION! || Mayim Bialik
Hey, it’s Mayim, and I am SO EXCITED to finally share what we’ve been up to at Grok Nation! Our website, www.groknation.com, has been totally rebranded and redesigned, and we love it. We have a new look and new and improved content, but with the same ‘grok-y’ goal. Please watch the video, head to the site, and let us know what you think!

You may know me as Amy Farrah Fowler from The Big Bang Theory, or from Blossom, but hopefully, these videos allow you to get to know me better as Mayim, too! Subscribe to my channel for video updates. We publish new videos every Thursday!

About Mayim Bialik:
You might know me as Amy Farrah Fowler from The Big Bang Theory or from Blossom but there are so many other parts of me that you might not be aware of! I’m trained as a neuroscientist, I’m a passionate activist, an observant jew, a perfectly imperfect mother, and I’m a complicated human being like many of you. This is the place where I wear all of those hats – and none of them have a flower on them! 😉

I Love You. I have loved you since you were you on Big Bang. You popped up today while I was trying to grok my day and find my way out of a rabbit hole ~~~ To anyone who sees this ~ what’s the name of the movie with the line said by an alien, “I grok that?”
I love how You worded the sunscreen part. Yes indeed, they do cause cancer and also because they block Vitamin D which helps prevent cancer.

There are many foods that have natural protection from the sun, either to lather on skin like coconut oils and some foods when eaten
I am very excited about being grok-y now that I have recently retired and also in learning more about your new deal with Pearson. You see love to learn and have been looking for more info on the Dare to Learn program you have been talking about. Looking for my next passion…
I loooove this idea! Grok nation is an amazing channel. It's an inspiration for my own channel!
I’d like to see stories/videos about the working poor and what’s being done to help them.
I love you… thats my thought….
Buen trabajo Mayim!!! sigue así!! me encanta que te retes siempre y que no tengas miedo de ello. Al límite!!!
Wow Mayim. I just found out about you and I’m fascinated by your life paths and videos. I’ll be checking Grok Nation out now. You truly are an inspiration. Love from Portugal!
Hi Mayim. I am a gay man and one day a lady I worked with who was in a religious group came at me with an intriguing question.
It will stir people up and make people think. It certainly did me. SO………….other than genitalia, what makes a woman a woman and what makes man a man. The only way I could answer her question was with photos. I was in my 40's at the time and in my life till then, I had had relationships with men, women, a sex change (sorry for the terminology but in my day….) and had lived as a woman myself as I was taking hormones to live as a girl myself………….confusing ?? I showed my friend photos of who I had been over the years and who I had been with…this was the only answer I had for her. It would be interesting to hear others opinions on this question. I am sure this will attract negative feedback but I still think this is an interesting question!
MAYIM!
Could you make a video about risk and reward? And the science, particularly the neuroscience behind it?
I could really use it for a Honors Language Arts Project I’m working on, and I can’t find many simple (or simple-ish), easy to understand articles about it.
Also, wow okay congrats on you new launch and changes, great video.
And I was really surprised when you cussed.
I was over here like: “Oh wow woah I totally forgot about this it sounds kinda interesting, “and then “oh geez, what just happened?”
Though, admittedly I don’t mind.
Thanks anyway!
I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. The new site is great. I checked out a lot of links and articles but either I missed one on this topic or it hasn't been done yet. If the case is the latter then may I suggest putting it in? Can we talk about how much more difficult it is to be homeless when you're a woman (woman of color especially)? Can we talk about how we can help those women? For example I stock up at the dollar tree for small pouches full of travel sized toiletries and feminine hygiene products which I hand out freely whenever I pass homeless women at the subway (in fact I'm going to make a video about this on my YouTube channel in the hopes that other people will start doing the same).
Just came across your channel! totally made my day 😀
You should go on Sam Harris' podcast.
