I think KC is based in an ISLAND COUNTRY…off the east coast of Africa; not in China. I wonder what country they're ruled under.

Kucoin response 7/10/24: "As per our team. This issue has been fixed. The issue was due to the impact of the upgrade, which has been suspended. You must place new orders to replace those that were cancelled. As stated before all the open orders have been suspended due to the upgrade. This happens to all users who have open orders on their accounts. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience."
