What are the Liquid Staking Tokens? | Animated Explanation | UX Chain
Liquid staking is the act of delegating the tokens for staking while still accessing the liquidity of their locked up tokens.
Despite being staked, your tokens preserve their liquidity via liquid staking. It achieves this by tokenizing your stake; for each ATOM staked, you receive a staked-ATOM token (stATOM).

Great video! I loved the animated explanation on Liquid Staking Tokens. It's super helpful for anyone trying to get a clear and concise understanding of what LSTs are and how they work. The way you broke it down made it really easy to grasp the benefits of using LSTs in the crypto space.
Speaking of LSTs, have you looked into Loop's approach? They're adding a unique twist by integrating credit systems and synthetic derivatives, which could really enhance the utility of liquid staking. Loop's model not only simplifies but also amplifies the yield potential. So worth a look IMO!
Nice description. Doesn’t liquid staking undermine the return rates of staking on the main network, E.g a 5% return on staking probably assumed that a user bonds their stake with no means to use it elsewhere, and that 5% is a suitable “reward”. If it’s possible to effectively reuse it (albeit with some kind of wrapped token) surely that in some way will drive down the rate of return if everyone does this?

Liquid staking is seeing serious spike and growth this year and Ethena Labs is playing a huge role towards that. They are developing the first backed stablecoin which will also generate yield for users.
I've been looking at the Umee network for a long now and believe it is greatly undervalued. Another project that I am excited about is Ethena Labs, which is developing a crypto-native stablecoin called USDe.

Wondering of getting a good profitable project Asymmetric Finance got great utility were stakers in the Asymmetry DAO will have the ability to use the ASF
token to vote to increase or decrease the weights of any underlying LST.
