Astarter ISPO Merge Staking Protocol – Program Update

Firstly we are honoured to announce the first Astarter Associate Stake Pool Operator (AASPO). We have designed the AASPO program to inherit the trustless properties of the Ouroboros protocol to enable Stake Pool Operators (SPOs) to participate in the Astarter ISPO, for which there are technical requirements to operate a performant stake pool.

ADA4Good is an independent stake pool operator with quality infrastructure, vast experience, and an active community stake pool in addition ADA4Good Stake Pools makes valuable charity donations from the pool operation.

It is a great honour to welcome ADA4Good as the first AASPO. We will be announcing more associate pools shortly as we roll out the AASPO program.

Also, to help us facilitate the roll out of the Astarter ISPO and Merged Staking protocol, we will be consulting with Vahid as an ISPO Advisor. As an ISPO advisor and independent stake pool operator with experience and familiarity in this space, we feel Vahid makes a valuable contribution to the Cardano ecosystem.

There are two programs available for SPOs 1) Associate Program and 2) Partner Program. Both programs reward AA as part of the stage 2 ISPO Merge Staking Protocol; the main difference is that the partner SPOs also earn AA rewards.
