Considering they made this open sourced, any other blockchain can use this. Matic might have a small edge for a short time but other blockchains will just take the zkEVM and integrate it. From a value perspective the only one that really benefits from this is Ethereum. I would not fomo buying up Matic token thinking their blockchain will become #3 in terms of crypto marketcap.
